A few weeks ago we were an exhibitor at the Bridal Extravaganza in San Antonio. Visiting with all the brides-to-be was such an excitement. We also noticed a trend in colors.

While there were quite a few reds and burgundy colors, the hot color scheme seems to be blue and chocolate. Some called it Tiffany Blue, others teal and even more referred to robin’s egg blue. Any way you cut it, the trend is definitely in.

We often browse the web for ideas, and the color scheme of chocolate and blue has hit mainstream. Many wedding sites and planning guides offer ideas for brides to decorate in this gorgeous color scheme. So, to help everyone out, we have included some of our favorite ideas for a chocolate and blue wedding theme.

Keep in mind, although many other brides may be using chocolate and blue, you can still have fun and make it perfectly you. Always be sure to bring out your individual interests and personality; that’s the point!

New Year’s weekend we had the opportunity to cater and coordinate decor for a wedding at Randolph Air Force Base. With a red and black theme, the room was very striking and elegant. Glass vase centerpieces showcased silver curly willow adorned with white and red roses.

We also provided elegant black and red coordinated linens, chair covers and sashes with silver chargers to complete the color scheme.
