Quinceaneras are a very special day for Latinas. Just like weddings, we are always honored to share the day with the special young lady, her family and friends.
The Greater San Antonio Builders Association has a beautiful reception space, the location of the Quinceanera this past weekend. The selected colors were hot pink and chocolate – perfect for the birthday celebration.
An Event to Remember provided linens and catering for the event. The family opted to make colorful candy centerpieces – both beautiful and delicious!

Chocolate and blues continue to be a popular, beautiful color combination for weddings this season. Continuing in the tradition, we recently catered a wedding at Fort Sam Houston which took this color scheme and made their reception extremely delightful.
We absolutely love their selection of the willow centerpieces, adorned with tea candles and soft florals.

Lighting can make or break many situations. Whether capturing the perfect photo, streaming a rainbow across the sky or waiting for a seed to grow into a flower, light is a central, critical element. Your reception is no exception to the rule.
Receptions can be changed drastically by the use of light. Chandeliers, gobo projectors, LED or pin spot, there are so many options to create your mood and ambiance.
To get your creative juices flowing, we’ve compiling various ideas from some of the leading event specialists in the United States.

Last Friday one of San Antonio’s top federal defense contractors, Professional Performance Development Group, Inc., celebrating its 25th year anniversary. Twenty-five years for any company is a major feat, so we were honored to provide the festivities.
The buffet featured mixed field green salad with raspberry vinaigrette, mixed grilled vegetables, mashed potato bar, a prime rib station with assorted sauces and chicken roulade.

Congratulations to PPDG!
