We love this winter wedding from Grandberry Hills! Nothing says elegant, winter wedding like black, white and red. Additionally, the venue was appropriately decorated with Christmas trees – who wouldn’t want a winter wedding?
When the bride came to An Event to Remember to coordinate their full-service catering, we knew our black and white damask runners would be the perfect accent for her tables. Red linen napkins and menus topped black chargers to round out this evening reception.
The tables alternated between tall glass vases and 29″ silver candelabras. These center accents were adorned with an array of assorted red florals, including Freedom Red Roses, Red Asatic Lilies and Red Astromerias along with fresh greenery of lemon leaf and seeded eucalyptus. Additionally, the table was sprinkled with red rose petals and small votive candles.
The seated dinner menu consisted of the following:
Traditional Garden Salad: A field of mixed greens with fresh cucumber wheels, garden cherry tomatoes and shredded carrots with a choice of Ranch or Italian Vinaigrette dressing
Chicken Picatta: Tender breast of chicken with a rich creamy lemon butter capers sauce garnished with fresh garden chopped parsley
Mixed Grilled Vegetables: Fresh garden egglant, red onion, carrots, mushrooms, asparagus and sweet peppers frilled and served julianna style
Garlic Mashers: Our fresh red potatoes, hand-mashed with butter and cream seasoned with garlic, spices and fresh garden rosemary
Children’s Menu: Chicken fingers with macaroni & cheese and tater tots

We can’t wait to meet with you to discuss your upcoming event. Give us a call at (210) 340-1770 to discuss how we can add a touch of elegance to your next event.
