Last Thursday, the Red Berry Mansion hosted a huge social to raise money for Fiesta San Antonio. If you haven’t been to the Red Berry Mansion before, you’ll be kicking yourself when you view these photos! The mansion is beautiful and the property is perfect for any type of event – whether corporate gala or wedding.
An Event to Remember provided all decor, catering and drinks. We were honored to be part of this worthy cause and look forward to seeing many of you again at all the Fiesta festivities in April.

The International Center – located in downtown San Antonio on Saint Mary’s Street – is a perfect reception location, equipped with a beautiful balcony view.
A few weekends ago we catered a wedding with San Antonio flare. The bride event selected bold, latin-infused colors – bright, fun and passionate!
The buffet style dinner featured beef and chicken fajitas, rice and beans. All event linens were orange crush with red chair covers and chocolate brown accents. Centerpieces varied between tall and short glass, square vases with assorted flowers in corals and reds, accented with curly willows.

Earlier this month the Fort Sam Houston medical department graduated a group of talented medical professionals. The soldiers at Fort Sam, and across our great country, continually put their country first, and we were honored to be part of the graduation ceremony for these fine men and women.
The reception was decorated in the medical program’s colors, maroon and royal blue. From linens, floral decor and “finger food” hors d’oeuvres – including brochette, chicken diablo (chicken wrapped in bacon), veggies with dressings, cheese array, egg rolls, mini quesadillas, assorted tea sandwiches – An Event to Remember was there to salute the graduating class.
