Private Party Catering

There are so many occasions to celebrate – from weddings to anniversaries – and of great celebration is that much anticipated day of retirement! We recently were selected to cater this most joyous occasion, providing food, tables, seating, linens and floral decor for a private party.

The main menu was a potato bar with assorted toppings of cheese, sour cream, bacon bits and chives. Guests also enjoyed tray-passed Chicken Diablo and Beef Wellington. These entrees provided guests the opportunity to easily mix and mingle while enjoying bite-sized delights.

If you have an upcoming celebration or gathering, we would be delighted to cater. Give one of our event specialists a call at 210/340-1770 to discuss various menu options, including both buffet, tray-passed cuisine and sit-down dining.

Caterer for San Antonio’s Social

This Thursday, October 8 marks San Antonio’s largest network event – the Social. The event supports the local San Antonio community and the Fiesta San Antonio Commission – the organization who brings Fiesta San Antonio to the City every spring.

In addition to attending this spectacular event, we are thrilled to announce that we have been selected to be the event’s caterer. We’ll be providing gourmet food, cocktails and all of the event decor.

We’re looking forward to the event and hope to see you there!

Lavender and Sage Wedding

This past weekend’s wedding provided an unexpected color combination of lavender and sage. The two colors blended beautifully for this sweet, summer wedding. An Event to Remember provided the linens and catering at the Witte Museum – a delicious buffet consisting of Pecan Crusted Chicken, Petit Filet Mignon, Garlic Mashers and Green Beans.

Congratulations to the newly weds!

Wedding Reception in the Sky

The Skyroom at the University of the Incarnate Word is a beautiful reception space with a spectacular view of the San Antonio skyline.

This past weekend, An Event to Remember provided linens, catering and decor for a lively wedding reception of 400 people! The evening was spectacular, with a buffet-style dinner alongside a tiffany blue and ivory color scheme. Each table featured either a bouquet of pink and ivory flowers or a silver candelabra with coordinating flowers and candle votives.
